500 grams of minced chicken, 1⁄2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper, 1/4 tsp of red chilly powder, 1 tbsp oil, corn flour, and water as required. Vegetables like cabbage, spring onion, capsicum, etc., can be added for garnishing.

Cut two chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces (approximately 2 inches square) and mix them in a bowl with your marinade until they are completely coated with it. Let them sit in a covered container in your refrigerator for four hours or overnight.
