Apple Announces iPhone 14 & 14 Pro: First Look at Crazy New Features

The iPhone 14 and 14 Pro will be available in stores on October 17. The models come in three colors—Silver, Rose Gold, and Space Gray—and two storage options, one for each phone. The smaller iPhone comes with 16 GB of memory and costs $749; a version with 128 GB of storage space will be available for $949. The larger model can hold up to 256 GB of data and retails for $999.

Can I get it? How much will it cost?

Once you’ve been in business for a few years, you’ll likely be able to get a good credit rating. Be sure to keep your expenses and profits in check so that you can increase your limit and make larger purchases later on down the road. Apple says its new iPhones will be available for purchase sometime after their launch event on Sept. 7 but hasn’t announced pricing yet.

One of my favorite features of these new models is that there’s no home button, which will make it a lot easier to access certain apps quickly. Also, on both phones, Face ID technology lets you unlock your phone just by looking at it. This isn’t as fun as a thumbprint recognition system, but it still works well and will save time overall. Overall, I think Apple has made some great design decisions in making their latest versions of iPhones even better than before.

The new iPhones also come with fast charging capabilities that allow you to get hours of power in just a few minutes. If you often forget to charge your phone, these new fast-charging methods will be great for you.

How are the phone numbers different from previous models?

The phone numbers are different from past models in that they are now non-inverses of each other. The inverse of a telephone number is always its phone number. In other words, calling xxx-yyy-zzz will call a different person than xyz-yyy-xxx, even if yyy and zzz refer to identical people.

Previously, every person had two unique phone numbers (the inverse of each other), at which one could be reached when calling yyy-zzz and another by calling zzz-yyy. Now each person has a single non-inverse number that can be reached when calling either yyy or zz. For example, if my phone number is ABC and my friend's phone number is BCD, I can now call him from my home phone even if he is on business and using his smartphone.

Is this phone compatible with Bluetooth 5.0 technology?

Bluetooth 5.0, also known as Bluetooth Smart, is a wireless technology standard for exchanging data over short distances from fixed and mobile devices and building personal area networks (PANs). Apple’s new iPhones are compatible with Bluetooth 5.0. You’ll have to buy adapters for all your older headphones, though. But if you want better sound quality or faster speeds and don’t mind shelling out some extra cash, it may be worth it in the long run.

What about security? Will this phone have anything new in that area?

Nothing is more important to us than making sure your data is protected. We’ve worked hard to improve the security features of all of our products and services. Our new, top-of-the-line phone will have a state-of-the-art fingerprint scanner that offers a ten-fold increase in scanning accuracy over its predecessor. We’re also really excited about an upgraded camera feature that will let you get a close look at things you wouldn’t normally be able to see.

Other security features on our phone include a much more secure PIN system and an app that will help you protect your online identity from hackers. The screen lock feature has been upgraded so that no one can unlock your phone or make purchases without knowing your fingerprint, facial recognition, or passcode. We’ve also built in a new self-destruct mechanism to ensure that if someone steals your phone, they won’t be able to access any of your data. No one is getting into these phones!

Is there a big update when it comes to graphics?

The phone’s display has been updated and can now support 4K resolution. The graphics processor, previously an onboard chip, has been upgraded to a dedicated unit—this should mean better overall performance and improved battery life. The screen size is also larger than its predecessor’s, with an 18:9 aspect ratio that allows for more viewing area. Apple calls it its brightest ever—500 nits of brightness.

The processor has been updated as well—doubling in speed over its predecessor. Apple says it’s 2x faster than Android when it comes to graphics performance, which should mean that you see a smoother experience in games and other graphics-intensive apps.

So, what do we think? Are these phones worth getting excited about?

Only time will tell. We’ll know for sure once we’ve had them in our hands for a few weeks and can put them through their paces! But based on everything we’ve seen so far, I’d say it looks like Apple has gotten things right again with these new iPhones!

We’re looking forward to getting our hands on these new iPhones and using them in different scenarios. It’s hard to get a good sense of how they will hold up based on just press releases and presentations, but we have a feeling that once we have them in hand, we’ll be even more impressed!
